The First Shoot: Ballerina K.

I had lots of fun with Little Miss K...my very first "guinea pig" in the world of semi-professional photography. She was bursting with life and energy...so much so that a video camera would have been a better choice because she was so active. She's a sweetie for sure and I'm happy with the shots we got. She didn't like looking right at the camera, but we got a few straight on shots in and some other very darling ones, too!
In reflection, I already see ways I can enhance myself and our home studio and am already realizing that in every shoot there will be that one photo you wish you had one more shot at. This time it's the very last one posted...if only I could have gotten her eyes on me! Ah, well...next time, Princess!
Thank you Ballerina K (and mom, too!), for being my very first "client." You were so much fun to work with!!!
