Price to print for a 5x7 is $1.75 each or 25 prints for $35.00 without envelope - with the envelope is an unreal mark-up from my company so I recommend you get envelopes elsewhere (Dutchman has them).
Price to print for a 4x6 is $1.00 each or 25 prints for $18.00 - same deal with the envelopes.
